At the start of 2024, PGII organised a week-long team building activity in Thailand. The aim was to enhance team cohesion, strengthen corporate culture, reduce work pressure, and improve communication and collaboration between employees.

Thailand's subtropical beauty provided the backdrop for a unique team building experience. Team members shared unforgettable moments, faced challenges, and grew together.

The team members left their footprints in Bangkok, Pattaya, and Chiang Mai. They participated in a variety of tourist activities, including scuba diving, sunset watching, and water recreation. Throughout these activities, the team members demonstrated their spirit of teamwork and overcame many challenges together. This experience helped everyone improve their communication skills, learn to listen, and respect each other's opinions, and form a more harmonious and cohesive team. Everyone agreed that the activity helped them understand each other better and appreciate the importance of teamwork. They learned how to support each other during challenging times and grow together.
