Complete and summarise the background investigation of trainees through questionnaires, telephone calls or other mutually agreed methods.
Complete the course by supervising at the training site.
On-site organisation of participants to complete the training course evaluation questionnaire and deliver the first report on the training evaluation to client company within one week of the end of the training.
Within one month of the completion of the training, interview the training participants by phone, evaluate the training again and submit the second report.
